Conditions for using the Cloud Analyze website and booking technical analysis training sessions.
Acceptance
By browsing cloudanalyze.digital or booking a session with Cloud Analyze, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request training.
Training services
Cloud Analyze provides technical analysis training and market structure review sessions for educational purposes. Nothing on this site or in a session constitutes investment advice, a personal recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, or a promise of trading results. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions and capital.
Bookings and communication
Session requests submitted through the contact form are enquiries, not confirmed bookings, until we reply with a confirmed time and fee. You must provide accurate contact details and chart materials when requested.
Intellectual property
Site copy, curriculum outlines, worksheets, and annotated materials we supply remain the property of Cloud Analyze unless a written agreement says otherwise. You may keep personal notes from your session for your own study. You may not resell, republish, or present our materials as your own course.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, or submit abusive or unlawful content through forms. We may refuse or end a training relationship if conduct makes a productive session impossible.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloud Analyze is not liable for trading losses, missed market opportunities, or indirect damages arising from use of the site or participation in training. Our total liability connected to a paid session is limited to the fees you paid for that session.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
