Refunds and rescheduling
When session fees can be refunded, partially credited, or retained for technical analysis training bookings.
Scope
This policy covers paid technical analysis training with Cloud Analyze: market structure reviews, swing mapping lab seats, and weekly chart clinics. It does not cover goods we do not sell.
Deposit and confirmation
A booking is confirmed when we accept your deposit or full prepayment and send a written confirmation (email is sufficient). Until confirmation, no fee is due.
Cancellation by you
- More than 7 days before the session: Full refund of fees paid, or free reschedule to a new open slot.
- 3 to 7 days before: 50% refund of the session fee; deposit may be retained as a cancellation charge, or applied as credit for a session within 60 days.
- Fewer than 3 days, or no-show: No refund. We may offer a one-time reschedule at our discretion when illness or transit disruption is documented promptly.
Cancellation by us
If Cloud Analyze cancels a session, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a new date at no extra charge.
Partial sessions and work started
If a market structure review or clinic has already begun and you leave early for reasons unrelated to our delivery, fees are not refunded. If we cannot continue because of equipment failure on our side, we will complete the remaining time at a new appointment or refund the unused portion.
Lab seats
Swing mapping lab seats are held for a named participant. Transfers to another person are allowed up to 48 hours before the lab. Materials already printed for a named seat are non-refundable after that point if you cancel.
Clinic packages
Unused check-ins in a prepaid clinic block remain available for 60 days from the first clinic. After that window, unused time expires without cash refund unless we cancelled the remaining visits.
Materials
Printed chart packs and digital annotation PDFs prepared for your session are non-refundable once produced. They have no resale value to us after personalisation.
How to request a refund
Email hello@cloudanalyze.digital with your name, session date, and reason. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is available when requested at least 3 days ahead, subject to desk availability. Further changes may be treated under the cancellation tiers above.
