How Cloud Analyze collects, uses, and retains personal information when you enquire about training.

What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, session interest, optional preferred date, and message content. Server logs may record technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. Cookie-related data is described in our Cookies page.
Why we use it
We process enquiry data to respond to training requests, schedule sessions, send session materials, and keep basic business records. Analytics cookies, if accepted, help us understand aggregate traffic.
Legal bases
Depending on your location, we rely on steps needed to respond to your request, our legitimate interest in operating a training practice, and consent where you accept non-essential cookies.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active training relationship or legal obligation. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days.
Sharing
We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal information. Chart files you send for review are used only to prepare and deliver your session.
International transfers
Because our desk is in Busan and infrastructure may be hosted elsewhere, your information may be processed in Korea and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms offered by our providers.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Children
Our training is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
